On September 6 and September 7, 2023, Sakae Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company (Sakae Vietnam), along with support and connections from the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Agency organized a working trip with relevant agencies and coffee production businesses in the province to learn and research the investment project of Khe Sanh Quang Tri coffee development and community tourism on Coffee experience at Huong Hoa.

Accordingly, on September 6, 2023, Sakae Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company worked with representatives of the Office of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Quang Tri, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Quang Tri were provided with information about the situation of growing and developing of Khe Sanh coffee trees in Quang Tri, the province's orientation programs in the coffee tree development strategy and building the Khe Sanh coffee brand in the country, in domestic and international markets, investment support policies of the province; Support relationships and cooperation programs between WWF and Quang Tri province in conservation, restoration and sustainable exploitation of forests and forest resources, sustainable development of coffee products according to international standards protect forests and forest resources; The program to build medicinal herb farming areas ensures people's livelihoods and sustainable nature conservation.
On September 7, 2023, Sakae Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company continued to have a working session with the People's Committee of Huong Hoa district. There were Mr. Pham Trong Ho, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee and leaders of the Departments of Natural Resources - Environment, Culture and Information, Infrastructure Economics and Office of Huong Hoa District People's Committee. Thereby, the District People's Committee also provided Sakae Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company with information about the situation of growing and developing coffee trees in the area; Promotion and branding of "Khe Sanh coffee”. Currently, Khe Sanh coffee products in the years 2021, 2022, 2023 are always in the TOP of high quality coffee products in the country, in which in 2021 and 2023, Khe Sanh Arabica coffee won first prize in the Vietnam Specialty Coffee Contest. At the same time, Huong Hoa District People's Committee also informed Sakae Vietnam about policies and orientations for developing coffee growing areas and Khe Sanh coffee products in the district's economic development strategy for the period 2021 - 2025 with a vision to 2030. Also at the meeting, the District People's Committee also discussed and provided the Sakae Vietnam delegation with information on projects calling for tourism investment.

Also in the working program, the Sakae Vietnam delegation came to work and visit the production process at Ta Lu Forestry Production Service Business House, Pun Coffee Co., Ltd., which are businesses in Huong Hoa. Khe Sanh coffee products meet 4-star OCOP standards of Quang Tri province; Visit and research experiential eco-tourism development models of households in Khe Sanh town, Huong Tan commune; Community tourism in Chenh Venh village in Huong Phung commune.

Through working trips with relevant agencies and businesses in the province, field surveys in Huong Hoa district on growing and producing coffee products, ecotourism and community tourism activities, Sakae Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company highly appreciates the quality and development potential of Khe Sanh coffee, Quang Tri; forest values and sustainable exploitation of natural resources in the development of ecotourism and community tourism.
