Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee leaders visited Elites Viet Trung hydroelectricity factory in Quang Tri Southeast Economic Zone

On May 29th, 2017, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chinh visited Elites Viet Trung Aquaculture Factory in the Economic Zone Southeast Quang Tri. Participants included leaders of Economic Zone Management Board and representatives of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Planning and Investment, Finance, Transport, Natural Resources and Environment.
After visiting the factory and listening to Mr. Le Minh Hoa, Director of the company reporting on the implementation of the investment project and some related proposals, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chinh spoke highly of the company's efforts to invest in building factories, installing machinery and equipment to put the project into operation soon.
The objective of the factory is to export white shrimp, with a maximum capacity of 3,900 tons of products per year. Therefore, when the factory comes into operation, it will contribute to the consumption of white shrimp products in the locality, create jobs for local laborers, contribute to the state budget. He kindly requested the company to continue accelerating to finish the project soon to put it into operation. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is assigned to guide and support the company to complete the dossiers on the environment before putting the project into operation in coordination with the Economic Zone Management Board. Regarding some related proposals, the Economic Zone Management Board shall coordinate with the related departments to review and report to the People's Committee in accordance with the regulations.
