On March 18, 2026, at Quang Tri Development Consortium Co., Ltd, Quang Tri Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Agency (IPA Quang Tri), in collaboration with Quang Tri Development Consortium Co., Ltd (QTIP), held a meeting with CEA Projects Co., Ltd and Anglo Asia Trading Co., Ltd (Thailand). The meeting aiming to discuss the investment environment, industrial development orientation, and local incentive policies; and to delve into the potential for developing the aluminum supply chain, the metal recycling industry, and investment cooperation opportunities in Quang Tri province.

At the meeting, Mr. Tan Yit Liang (Bernald) – General Director of QTIP – provided an overview of the Quang Tri Industrial Park, including: geographical location, infrastructure connectivity, development planning, investment incentives, as well as the potential of the local labor force and market. He highlighted the competitive advantages of investing in Quang Tri province in general and the Quang Tri Industrial Park in particular.

On the investor's side, Mr. Joshua Hirst – Assistant Managing Director of Anglo Asia Trading Co., Ltd. (Thailand) presented an overview of the aluminum can recycling process and technology currently applied at the company's factory.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tan – Director of the Quang Tri IPA, said that Quang Tri province encourages recycling projects to contribute to solving environmental problems and promoting the development of a circular economy. However, in the context of increasingly strict investment and environmental regulations, investors need to demonstrate the application of modern, environmentally friendly technology and meet the current standards and regulations.
