These days, Thoi Dai Textile Company Limited (owned by Tan Sinh Vietnam Sports Equipment Company) in Eastern Ai Tu Industrial Park, Ai Tu town, Trieu Phong district is urgently constructing and repairing the factory to stabilize production. Receiving the facilities from the old unit in early October 2024, with the attention and facilitation of the local authorities, up to now, the company's procedures and documents have been basically completed, the labor recruitment process is going smoothly.
The whole Trieu Phong district currently has 2 industrial parks in operation, including Ai Tu Industrial Park with a scale of 38 hectares and Eastern Ai Tu Industrial Park with a scale of 34.64 hectares. Not only Thoi Dai Textile Company Limited, recently, Trieu Phong district government has made many efforts in filling industrial parks through support and creating favorable conditions for businesses.
Accordingly, in addition to focusing on reforming administrative procedures, promoting the improvement of the investment and business environment, issuing many preferential policies and supporting enterprises, the district also focuses on mobilizing and promoting investment in industrial clusters in the area. At the same time, well implementing investment attraction mechanisms and policies for investors in implementing projects. Trieu Phong district assigned the District Land Fund and Industrial Cluster Development Project Authority to guide investors in preparing documents for land rent exemption and reduction and other investment incentives; to act as a focal point to support investors in registering and connecting electricity and water supply systems for project construction. Along with that, monitor the construction process to ensure progress, correct land use purposes and area of items according to the approved project.
The Authority is also responsible for regularly monitoring the production and business activities of enterprises, ensuring labor safety, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention at factories in the industrial park. Timely reporting to the District People's Committee when investors encounter difficulties in the process of project implementation. In 2024, the unit coordinated with the departments to advise the District People's Committee to participate in the appraisal and adjustment of investment projects at Eastern Ai Tu Industrial Park. Thanks to that, up to now, Ai Tu Industrial Park has a 100% occupancy rate with 12 enterprises approved for investment policy, including projects in industries such as: production of fine art and civil wood; sawing and processing of planted forest wood; production of compressed pellets; packaging production, etc.
Meanwhile, the occupancy rate of Eastern Ai Tu Industrial Park reached about 97% with 22 enterprises granted investment policy decisions by the Provincial People's Committee, in many industries: garment, fine art wood - civil wood, surface processing of boards, production of electrical equipment, industrial gases, production of unburnt bricks, processing of agricultural, forestry and medicinal products.
Deputy Director of the Authority of Land Fund and Industrial Cluster Development Project of Trieu Phong District Doan Quang Luan said that the government always upholds the spirit of openness, focuses on improving the investment environment to be open and transparent, especially reforming administrative procedures, ensuring publicity and transparency in a way that benefits businesses and investors.
